Crl.OP.No.19755 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.19755 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Aravindh, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections Section 328 of IPC read with Section 24(I) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Act, 2003 in Crime No.200 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 vide proceedings in C.M.P.No.17/GOONDA/2023/ (M1) dated 03.09.2023.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition seeking bail.
