ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the representations given by the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 and 30.07.2016.
2. In both these representations, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of documents, to which the respondents 3 to 5 are parties, bearing document nos.1854/64, 3216/2013, 3483/2013 and 3484/2013 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar Joint II, Saidapet.
3. The petitioner's application was entertained by the second respondent and a notice was issued on 01.07.2015 fixing the personal hearing on 13.07.2015. However, it appears that thereafter, the matter was not taken up. Subsequently, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent, who has directed the second respondent, vide memo dated 05.08.2015 to take expeditious action. Even thereafter, nothing has happened. Once again, the petitioner went before the first respondent by way of a representation dated 30.07.2016 and the first respondent, by memo dated 08.08.2016, has directed the second respondent to expedite the enquiry. With these facts, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Considering the limited relief sought for, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.11.2014 and 30.07.2016, issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 and after conducting an enquiry, pass a reasoned order, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
