COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.11073/Aa2/2021, dated 26.01.2023 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to approve the 1/4
appointment of Tmt.R.Punitha as B.T.Assistant (English) in the petitioner school w.e.f. 28.08.2019, Tmt.Surya Prabha as B.T.Assistant (English) in the petitioner school w.e.f. 14.08.2019, with all consequential monetary benefits.

2. Challenging the order of rejection, seeking approval of appointments of Tmt.R.Punitha and Tmt.Surya Prabha as B.T.Assistants (Maths), the present Writ Petitions have been filed.
3. Earlier, when the petitioner School had approached this Court seeking for a similar relief, a learned Single Judge of this Court had passed orders on 18.04.2022 in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.3194 2/4
of 2020, etc., in which the petitioner herein was also a party, seeking for approval of appointments of the B.T.Assistants involved in the present Writ Petitions also. In view of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the Educational Authorities had thereafter granted approval of appointments of Tmt.R.Punitha and Tmt.Surya Prabha on 06.10.2023.
4. In view of the said development, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the first respondent herein shall disburse all the salaries payable to the approved B.T.Assistants to the petitioner School, if not already disbursed, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.11.2023 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order hvk 3/4
