These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 3082 days in filing application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant (iii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased appellants in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objections in allowing these petitions.
