This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition in para 7(c) imposed in Crl.OP.No.15621 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/Judge daily at 10.30a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/Judge daily at 10.30a.m., on every Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
