India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected in Lr.No.Ka.Pa Ni 1/6571/2015, dated 22.04.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent (served on 16.02.2021) and Letter No.A2/274/2021, dated 21.01.2021 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner as Rs.1,200/- as on 01.06.1988 as was given to the petitioner's juniors and pay all consequential benefits.
