This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023 for not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.Pugalenthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that action under Section 110 Cr.P.C. was initiated against the petitioner and the petitioner is also a history sheeter in H.S.No.539 of 2008. That apart, two criminal cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against the respondents proceeding to take action in 2/4

accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
