The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 331 days in representing the written statement in D.No.24581 of 2024 of the 8th defendant.

2. Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3315 of 2025 in C.S.No.190 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
