ORDER

Annai Matriculation School, Thondamandurai Kaikatti, Vengalam, Perambalur District represented by its Managing Trustee has wrongly come to this Court challenging the impugned show cause notice issued by the Enforcement Officer of the Employees' Provident Fund Organization, Tiruchirappalli. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the show cause notice issued by the second respondent, the petitioner has to work out the remedy by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approaching the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal at New Delhi and not before this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
