(CR NO.10/2015) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.629 of 2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and grant bail to the petitioner/First appellant for the conviction and sentence imposed in S.C.No.45 of 2015 dated 26/10/2021 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge at Puducherry pending disposal of the above said CRL.A.NO.629 of 2021 IN CRL.MP.NO.12955/2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
