ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners explanation dated 18.06.2025 for the charge memo dated 22.05.2025 and appoint the petitioner in his promoted post within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been served charge memo on 22.05.2025 for which the petitioner has submitted his explanation dated 18.06.2025. Thereafter, no further proceedings was taken by the respondents.

3. At this Juncture, the learned Government Advocate would submit that they will proceed with the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

4. In such view of the submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's explanation dated 18.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. In the result, the Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs. 01-08-2025 To
