O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.02.2019, made in W.P.No.11517 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.This Court, by the aforesaid order dated 19.02.2019, directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and post him in any one of the non-sensitive posts till the conclusion of the departmental disciplinary proceedings.

3.However, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had been terminated on 05.02.2019 itself, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa.2/1680/2012 dated 05.02.2019, i.e. prior to the aforesaid order of this Court.

4.In view of submission made by the Additional Government Pleader, it is clear that no contempt has arisen. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
