J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) This appeal cannot be maintained as the learned Judge has only given some directions in regard to the handover of the key of the schedule property to the Advocate Commissioner for inspection. 2.The inspection itself has its genesis, in an order dated 19.12.2024 where the learned Judge has directed demolition of the building and submission of a preliminary report on or before 24.01.2025. 3.That order , dated 19.12.2024 has not been challenged by the parties and hence subsequent orders which have their genesis under order dated 19.12.2024 cannot be challenged.

4.Hence, this Original Side Appeal and the connected Miscellaneous Petition are dismissed.
