Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the respondents relating to Draft Award dated 10.10.2014 in Rc.No.480/2013/A/NH-5/TVR issued by the third respondent and proceedings by the third respondent dated 08.07.2015 in RC.No.480/2013/A/NH-5/TVR in land measuring an extent of 454 sq.mtr or 4886.82 sq.ft comprised in Old Survey No.87/1A2 and new Survey No.87/1A2B situated at Jeganathapuram Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and by directing third respondent to grant compensation to the petitioner under the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (30 of 2013) based on the Apex Court ruling in Civil Appeal No.88748883/2013 dated 11.08.2016 in National Highways Authority of India & ANR.
