ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the work order issued in favour of the fourth respondent dated 25.07.2022 to complete the work on new water connection for the Door No.7/2, Kaveri Nagar, Coimbatore.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned property to an extent of 542 sq.ft with private pathway. Though the fourth respondent have no title over the property, who is the adjacent land owner of the petitioner, on eastern side of the petitioner's property, he was allotted work order from the third respondent from new water connection for her residential house in Door.7/2, Kaveri Nagar, Coimbatore. According to the petitioner, so far work order has not been complied with, since it was passed on

25.07.2022.

4. A perusal of the work order revealed that one month time was given to complete the work order. If the work order has not been completed, within a period of one month, it stands automatically lapsed, since no extention was granted to complete the work order. If the work has already been completed, nothing survives in this writ petition.

5. With the above clarification, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
