This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the difference in payment of arrears of salary, pension, leave surrender and commutation based on the revised basic salary, grade pay and dearness allowance in view of settlement dated 13.04.2015 arrived at under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in 2020, the respondents have paid all the amounts and if there is any difference in payment the petitioner seeks liberty to address the same. 2/4

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If there is any difference in payment the petitioner is at liberty to address the same before this Court. No costs.
