This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5(b) of Crl.O.P. No. 14714 of 2023, dated 03.07.2023, that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
