This Criminal Original petition has been filed to to set-aside the order dated 27.02.2017 in C.M.P.636 of 2017 in STC No.81 of 2016 on the file of Court of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Magistrate Level, Ambattur.

2. The petitioner is facing trial before the Court below for the alleged offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. The Court below dismissed the 311 application on the ground that the Bank Manager of Karur Vysa Bank Limited is not a competent authority to decide whether the SVS Aqua Products Proprietorship or Partnership Firm. This Criminal Original petition has been filed to set-aside the order passed by the Court below.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Court below had convicted the petitioner/accused and challenging the said conviction, the petitioner/accused has also preferred a Criminal Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
