ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.582 of 2025 or any other competent authority on the basis of the representation, dated 12.07.2025, given by the petitioner to the first respondent.

2. The grounds taken by the petitioner in this petition are not sufficient to transfer the investigation at this stage.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, the respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation and file charge-sheet before the concerned Court, in accordance with law.
