After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs and respondents/defendants, this Court is of the view that the applicants/plaintiffs has made out a case for permitting the applicants/plaintiffs to introduce additional documents. Accordingly, this application stands allowed.

2. Further, the respondents/defendants shall maintain status quo as on date.

3. Post the suit on 03.01.2023.
