O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.52 of 2015, registered by the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that F.I.R has been filed in the year 2015 and this Petition seeking to quash the F.I.R. is filed in the year 2017, and by this time, the charge sheet has been made ready by the respondent/Police and the same may be filed before the Court, and therefore, seeks appropriate direction of this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the respondent/Police to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such filing, the Court concerned shall take cognizance of the same and proceed with the case.

4. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the considered view that no orders are necessary in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the chargesheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
