2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18316 of 2025 vide order dated 26.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
