Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 14.10.2015 given by the petitioner and to take action aginst the person mentioned in the complaint and also to investigate the same and file a final report within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 14.10.2015, for which, C.S.R.No.521 of 2015 has been assigned. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.521 of 2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
