O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition praying to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.7952 of 2018 dated 08.04.2019.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a banker cheque for a sum of Rs.1,07,841/- drawn in favour of the petitioner has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7952 of 2018, dated 08.04.2019.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
