ORDER

This petition has been filed to challenge the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2321 of 2017 dated 19.06.2017 in C.C.No.57 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode, thereby, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C to recall the prosecution witnesses.
