Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to 1/5

dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2023 and 06.08.2024 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of an total extent of Hectors 1.52.00 (acre 2.30 cents), comprised in S.No.628, vide Patta No.1041, situated at Thuney Village, Nilgiris Taluk, Udagamandalam District with proper sub-division.

O R D E R

The petitioners herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider their representation dated 30.11.2023 seeking survey of their lands situated in S.No.628, with an extent of 1.52.00 (acre 2.30 cents) at Thuney Village, Nilagiri Taluk, Udagamandalam District.

2. According to the petitioners, they are the owners of the above said land and the petitioners submitted a representation on 06.08.2024 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court.

3. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioners will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 06.08.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
