According to the petitioner, he was working as an Assistant in the respondent Society from 14.03.1994 with clean records. While so, Departmental proceedings were initiated against him for the reason that he spoke to the Secretary of the Society in a rude manner on 27.09.2009 and 28.09.2009 and an exparte enquiry was conducted and a finding was submitted against him.

It is the further case of the petitioner that he was orally given an option of transfer to Arani Sarvodhaya Society and when the petitioner pleaded to keep the transfer in abeyance and permit him to work in the same place, as acceptance of the transfer order would result in deduction of his salary to an extent of Rs.3,000/-, the respondent declined to accept the same. In respect of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 20.04.2016 and the same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
