ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 376, 417 of IPC in Crime No.08 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that during pendency of this case, the FIR filed against the petitioners has been quashed based on the compromise arrived at between the parties and therefore, this petition may be closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also accepted the same.
