The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue a copy of the F.I.R. in Crime No.102 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2016. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's daughter-in-law viz., Gomathy died in a road accident and that the case has been registered in Crime No.102 of 2015. But she is unable to obtain the F.I.R. copy and hence, she has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that F.I.R. has been filed before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the case has been pending.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, however, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Court and obtain the certified copy of F.I.R. kj -s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-I) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The Deputy Commissioner of Police Traffic Investigation East Annasalai, Chennai-2.
