O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.8195 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate filed an affidavit of the Inspector of Police. Relevant portions are extracted hereunder:

"4.I submit that based on the above said Court order dated: 27.03.2024 on 19.09.2024. I along with the Revenue Officials, Karur Vysya Bank Officials, Fire Rescue Team Department, Ambulance Vehicle to the place and also given adequate police protection to the Advocate Commissioner to remove the encroachers and recover the said property from them, wherein they locked the sealed the house and handed over the keys of the said property to Tr.Ramesh, Karur Vysya Bank Manager.

Further, during that time, myself along with the following police officials as well as other officials were given adequate protections for taking physical possession of the said property.

There is no law and orders issues happened during removing the encroachers and recover the said property."

3.Ms.B.Dharani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the police protection was given and the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
