ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The present contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance and for deliberate willful disobedience of the order dated 14.06.2022 made in W.P.No. 12687 of 2020.

2. A Status Report had been filed by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA). It is admitted by both the sides that W.P.No.9108 of 2024 and W.P.No.13850 of 2024 are pending before this Court, wherein both the parties can agitate the issues.
