2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from in any manner establishing a sand quarry in Thenpennai River in T.Pudupallayam Village, Thirukovillur Taluk, Villupuram District.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the sand quarry license was granted in the year 2018 and the same is for a period of two years. The license period would have ended by now and no quarry is functioning at the said place.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.25960 of 2019 is closed.
