(CR.NO.202 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, Jamunamarathur Police station, Tiruvannamala District, daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8037 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18037 of 2021 on 29.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
