ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal to dispose the C.M.P.No.593 of 2015 in C.A.No.72 of 2014 pending before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the suspension of sentence was granted by the Trial Court and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
