ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to C.C.No.1496/2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court-II, 1/4

Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant states that originally a complaint has been lodged before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee in STC.No.55 of 2014, wherein, this petitioner was arrayed as A4. The said case STC.No.55 of 2014 against this petitioner has been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16581 of 2014, by order dated 02.09.0214. Subsequently, the case has been transferred to learned Fast Track Court-II, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam, Chennai and was taken on file in CC.No.1496 of 2017.

3. He further submitted that before the trial court also, when the matter has been represented, the trial court recording the said fact on 24.06.2022 that the case against this petitioner (A4) has been quashed by the High Court and posted the case in CC.No.1496 of 2017 for further proceedings. 2/4
