ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondent Bank to extend education loan to the petitioner for two academic years. 2.M/s.S.R.Sumathy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The respondent Bank is now required to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of educational loan, if it is possible to consider the same within the framework of its policy and other associated norm. 4.This Court refrains from giving a positive direction, since the issue involved is essentially contractual.
