The legal representatives of the 1st respondent in the appeal have come up with these applications seeking condonation of delay of 752 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 752 days in seeking to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and the petitioners are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and ranked as respondents 4 to 6 in the appeal.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendments and list the appeal for final hearing on 25.11.2024.
