The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to implement the order passed in S.A.No.7573/B/2018, dated 13.12.2018 and further direct the 3rd respondent to furnish information sought by the petitioner in his representation dated 11.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner, The State Information Commissioner passed an order in Second Appeal on 13.12.2018, in respect of the order passed by the State Information Commissioner, the Public Information Officer has not furnished the details and particulars as well as information sought for by the writ petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent the State Information Commissioner, states that the complaint filed by the writ petitioner has already been numbered as Complaint No.146 & 942 of 2019. Both the complaints are already taken on file and the hearing date is also fixed as 23.09.2019. In view of the fact that the complaint has already taken on file for enquiry, the writ petitioner is at liberty to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by the first respondent on 23.09.2019.
