Heard Mr. Silambuselvan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. M. Maharaja, Learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the First and Second Respondents, Mr. A.K. Sriram, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and Mr. M. Kalyanasundaram, Learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. S. Ponjeganathan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth and Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to consider the representation dated 19.08.2019 mae by the Petitioner and consequently direct the Third Respondent to take necessary action against the Fourth and Fifth Respondents for collecting fraudulent funds in the name of 'Thiruppani, Annadhanam, Koil Thiruvizha and New Temple Construction' for Sri Sarvasakthi Mariyamman Temple, M.M.D.A Mathur, Mathavaram, Chennai - 600068.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the said representation of the Petitioner has been disposed by order Na.Ka.No.7346/2019/E1 dated 03.10.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. It is needless to add here that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to him to work out his remedies in that regard before proper forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
