b) the 3 rd respondent to arrange the STP plant (Drainage Water System) shifted into the actual place shown in the plan by getting the rectified plan along with penalty and fees from the 5 th respondent and to grant necessary certificate / approvals;
c) the 4 th respondent to consider the representation dated 01.11.2021 requesting not to register any building having Permit No.1723 dated 27.03.2006 without the completion certificate of the remanding residential apartments and the commercial space mentioned in Block 6 to the new buyers situated within our complex; and d) the 1 st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2021 seeking removal of the unauthorized, illegal and deviated construction in violation of the planning permit Permit No.1723 dated 27.032006 issued by the 1 st respondent on merits and as per law and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
