O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of his representation dated 23.07.2024 seeking survey of the land in Survey No. 198/7, 198/9 in New Survey No.198/28 situated at Irungattukottai 'A' Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Chengalpattu Registration District, Kancheepuram District.

2. According to the petitioner, he is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property. He made an online application on 18.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, he is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondent submitted that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 18.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
