This writ petition has been filed challenging the Training Manual issued by the second respondent insofar as Clauses 2.17.1, 2.17.2 and 2.17.5 of the same.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
