ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the representation made by the petitioner dated 30.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2024, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing and

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
