Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detenue's detention order passed by the 2 nd respondent in No.369/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 19.06.2025 and set aside the same and produce the detenue Kameshwaran, Male, aged 27 years, Son of Shanmugam, now detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Mr.S.Elankumaran, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents are before us.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive

detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board), vide proceedings dated 28.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4578, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
