This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to take steps to transfer the case pending Crime No.157 of 2017 dated 09.03.2017 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file of the 4th respondent to CBCID or other agency for proper investigation.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The entire allegation appears to be abusing the petitioner/de-facto complainant, who is running the tea shop, near the Judicial Magistrate Court at Vannur, wherein the accused has not paid money for consuming tea and coffee etc. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the prosecution has already conducted investigation and charge sheet is ready to file.

5.Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is of the view that, no further order is required in the case. The Respondents' Police are permitted to file the final report.
