2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one week time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.1 lakh to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2022.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit the said amount and production of sureties within a period of one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
