Heard Mr.S.Govindaraman, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of respondents. With the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

Challenging G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department dated 05.08.2010, issued by the first respondent and the consequential order of the second respondent, dated 17.06.2015, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved herein is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19362 of 2015 etc. batch of cases, dated 15.09.2015 4.
Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents, do not dispute the position, and submitted that, similar order may be passed in this Writ Petition as well. 5.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to submit a representation along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is being submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents and necessary orders be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till then status quo shall continue. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
