This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 616 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Judgement dated 08.08.2023 passed in C.A.No.53 of 2010 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District @ Chengalpattu, by confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Tambaram in S.C.No.107 of 2009 dated 17.08.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 616 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
