The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 21.12.2015. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 27.01.2016.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
