This Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant/ Nagammal in S.A. No.599 of 2012 vide order dated 12.09.2024 in C.M.P. No.19582 of 2024.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased first appellant/ Nagammal as appellants 3 and 4 in this second appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
